    Successful Foreclosure Investors Read This
    by Bill Young

Foreclosures are exploding. You've thought of trying to get into the foreclosure investing game.

You haven't had any luck, right?

Most investors are doing it all wrong. They target people in foreclosure and subscribe to
"Foreclosure Lists," they send letters to people in foreclosure or even go knock on their doors, a risky step.

Successful foreclosure investors make money right away and find incredible bargains by helping people
stay in their homes. Home owners in pre-foreclosures call them!

If the average foreclosure investor gets even one deal per year, they are lucky. In the mean time they have
spent countless dollars and even more precious hours with nothing to show for it.

Let's see why the conventional approach to foreclosure investing doesn't work for most people.

    • The market, people in foreclosure, is too small. Only about 1% of all mortgages on average are in foreclosure.

    • Once the homeowner receives the NOD, the Notice of Default from the lender, his situation becomes public and is made available to thousands of potential foreclosure investors, the average ones. The successful ones are already working with many of these desperate homeowners.

    • The distressed homeowner is inundated with letters, phone calls and visits from your competitors. You have little or no chance of succeeding

    • You are spending and spending on ads, lists, flyers etc. The only hope of any financial return lies in grabbing a house below market and selling it, something that does not happen everyday.

    • You limit your operations to your immediate area ignoring the millions of other distressed homeowners across the country.

    • The biggest problem with the traditional approach used by the average foreclosure investor is that 90% of the distressed homeowners want to Save their homes, not sell them!

Let's look at a system used by some of the most successful foreclosure investors in the country.

A system that has worried homeowners in pre-foreclosure calling them for help!

This system also puts money in their pocket whether they are able to buy the house or not.

They put together an ebook or booklet of tactics and strategies to help people avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes. They offer this information locally and on the Internet, free to anyone who requests it.

Who do you think will request this material? Amazingly, a large percentage of the respondents will not even be in foreclosure, they will be in the pre-foreclosure stage, behind a couple of payments or not even delinquent at all!

These people are not putting their head in the sand. They know that in the near future, they will not be able to keep up their payments. Their names do not appear on any public lists.

These successful investors are now fishing in a pond with 10X the number of prospects than if they had targeted people only in foreclosure. Also, with this approach, they are targeting people all across the country, not just those in their backyard.

Once a person orders the course, their contact information is captured. The System sends out requested information in several parts, one part each day which explains in detail the various possibilities for delinquent homeowners to avoid foreclosure, which is what they want.

The System builds rapport and trust with the homeowner over time, something the average "foreclosure investors" would drool over.

The System also offers the homeowner additional help that will make these investors money. These homeowners are scared, remember, they want all the help they can get to save their homes.

They are offered personal consulting to help them save their homes from knowledgeable mortgage brokers or bankers affiliated with the investor. Most homeowners cannot afford the $200 per hour cost for one on one consulting, so they opt for the $99 group teleconferences, which is split with the broker.

The homeowners eagerly grasp other information that is offered by the System that can help them such as ebooks and courses on how to escape foreclosure, bankruptcy, credit repair, etc. which generate an income stream to the investor because they are offered through affiliate programs.

With 30-50 prospects going through the System every week, you can see how the successful investor can earn enough to cover his marketing costs and have pre-foreclosures calling him every day! You can too!
